The South Carolina Judicial Branch experienced a technical issue beginning Friday, October 30, affecting documents submitted through the E-Filing system. While users were able to continue submitting filings during this period, some documents were not fully processed due to the technical issue. The issue was resolved this morning, November 2, and the E-Filing system is operational. However, the system is continuing to process a backlog of documents submitted during the disruption. As a result, users may experience delays in document processing and receiving confirmations until the backlog has been cleared. Our IT team is actively monitoring the system and working to ensure that processing returns to normal as quickly as possible.
