Motions for extension of time pursuant to § (c)(9)(A) of the Supreme Court’s April 3, 2020 Order re: Operation of the Trial Courts During the Coronavirus Emergency may be filed using new Action/Action Type “Motion/Extend Time Pursuant to Order dated 4/3/2020.” In accordance with the Order, filers will not be charged a filing or technology fee for these motions. Please note that the following Common Pleas case subtypes are exempt from e-filing.
